The Iowa Integrative Health Center combines the strengths of modern medicine and Ayurveda, focusing on each individual's total picture.

We offer Physician's Appointments, Ayurvedic Consultations, Integrative Consultations (with both our medical doctor and Ayurvedic expert), and special home programs.

We believe everyone is truly unique, so we aim to individualize a complete healing journey that is of true support. Not only can we provide modern medical care and insight, we take careful inventory of the elements impacting our physiology every day, therefore working with diet, lifestyle, routine, and beyond.
